Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan, Zing Digital Commerce Partners for Branchless Banking Platform!

Dubai Islamic Bank and Zing Digital Commerce have collaborated for the purpose of introducing a Branchless Banking Setup. The decision will serve as a means of digitization of banking products of DIB. These will be beneficial to provide value to unbanked areas of the country.

The agreement of Dubai Islamic Bank with Zing to introduce a detailed Branchless Banking Platform with efforts from Chinese Technology Partner – Shanghai F-Road. The collaboration will enhance DIB’s vision to offer top-notch financial products and services to the customers.

Talking at the event, Mr. Junaid Ahmed – CEO Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan said, “This agreement would trigger a fast-paced implementation for Digitalization of Banking Products. With this platform, DIB Pakistan will offer an array of products mainly to the unbanked population and in line with SBP’s strategy for Financial Inclusion. It is also to be highlighted that SBP has provided an enabling framework for the financial industry to tap the huge potential of the unbanked economy which will be a major contributor to economic growth”.

Founder and CEO of Zing Digital Commerce – Ghazanfar Ali Khan stated that Zing’s objective is to initiate revolutionary Fintech ways, which are made in partnership with Shanghai F-Road in the country. The Chinese technological company is serving 1300+ banks in twenty-four provinces of China.

The company said, “We are honored to leverage our expertise in partnering with Dubai Islamic Bank for implementation of its Digital Banking road-map”.
